As a Regional Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in expanding RepRally's presence in your territory. You’ll work closely with retailers to build relationships, introduce them to our platform, and identify growth opportunities that benefit both their business and the brands they carry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new retail accounts within your assigned region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, positioning RepRally as a trusted partner.

• Educate customers on RepRally’s brand catalog, promotions, and store incentive programs.

• Attend regular brand trainings to stay informed about emerging products and how to pitch them.

• Collaborate with regional leadership on account planning, sales tactics, and pipeline growth.

• Secure sales orders through the RepRally app and consistently work toward achieving your sales targets.

• Provide responsive, professional support for customer inquiries, coordinating with operations when needed.

• Represent RepRally at industry events or local trade shows to expand visibility and relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales, business development, or account management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and grow customer relationships.

• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, field-based role.

• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRMs, or sales platforms (training provided).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; multilingual ability is a plus.

• Prior experience in retail, consumer products, or sales is preferred but not required.
