As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned region by building lasting relationships with retailers, consulting them on product selection, and ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. This role combines consultative selling with field engagement, making it an exciting opportunity for driven professionals who want to influence retail growth on a regional scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand a book of business across your assigned region, onboarding new retailers and strengthening existing accounts.
Serve as a trusted consultant by advising retailers on product selection, incentives, and emerging brand opportunities.
Stay informed on new product launches and brand strategies through ongoing brand-led training sessions.
Use the RepRally app to manage sales activity, capture orders, and track performance goals.
Collaborate with leadership on regional sales planning, account growth strategies, and territory expansion.
Deliver exceptional customer support in partnership with the RepRally operations team, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Act as a regional ambassador for RepRally at retail visits, trade events, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (retail or CPG experience preferred).
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a regional territory.
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
