As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and helping retailers succeed across your assigned region. This is a hybrid support-and-sales role—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and driving regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support regional sales activities by coordinating retailer outreach, onboarding, and account management.
Partner with Regional Sales Consultants and Executives to track performance goals, sales activity, and account growth.
Assist retailers in navigating the RepRally platform and ensure they maximize available incentives and brand offerings.
Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and training sessions from emerging brands.
Manage order submissions and follow up with accounts through the RepRally app.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth regional sales execution.
Resolve customer inquiries in collaboration with the operations team, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and insights to support regional leadership decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or account management (retail or CPG experience a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using digital sales tools, CRM platforms, or mobile apps.
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple sales team members across the region.
Self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable with occasional travel to regional accounts and events.
