As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be the face of RepRally in your territory, responsible for building strong retailer relationships, expanding brand presence, and driving sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and excited about bringing emerging consumer brands to market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow a book of business with independent retail stores across your region.
Prospect, onboard, and establish new retailer accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
Present and pitch new brands from RepRally’s catalogue, highlighting store incentives and product value.
Conduct in-person visits with retailers to build trust and close sales.
Use the RepRally app to capture orders, track sales activity, and manage accounts effectively.
Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and training sessions from partner brands.
Collaborate with regional leadership to plan strategies, review performance, and achieve growth targets.
Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions in coordination with operations and support teams.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or account management (CPG or distribution industry experience a plus).
Strong relationship-building skills with independent retailers or small businesses.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own territory and sales pipeline.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Comfort with mobile apps, digital tools, and CRM platforms.
Willingness to travel locally within your assigned region.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
