Rental Key Account Manager

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Key Account Manager (Rental) to maintain, retain, and grow customer accounts through strong relationship-building within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for ensuring timely implementation of customer programs, exceeding service and quality standards, and positioning Cintas as the industry leader—ultimately building value and enhancing the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 2–3 years of business experience
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales, selling products or services to a broad customer base

Compensation & Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $77,968.80 – $91,045.93 per year, plus eligibility for an annual target bonus based on individual, location, division, and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, training, and organizational needs.
