Responsibilities of Rental Support Associate:

• Support clients at a U-Haul location by providing help with U-Haul items and facilities within and beyond the premises.
• Harness the power of U-Scan technology on smartphones to efficiently handle rental processes and keep track of inventory.
• Transport and link U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and inspection of equipment situated on the lot, with a specific focus on verifying fluid levels.
• Provide information and guidance to customers seeking details about various offerings.
• Issue rental invoices and receive returned rental equipment.
• Establish hitch installations along with wiring for trailers.
• U-Haul provides training for refilling propane tanks as part of its employment program
• Qualify to drive a forklift, with the opportunity to receive official certification from U-Haul upon being hired
• Tasks as delegated by superiors
• Take part in continuous educational programs at U-Haul University to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications of Rental Support Associate:

• Valid drivers license and ability to maintain a good driving record
