Join Jimmy John’s as a Restaurant Associate, where you’ll deliver fresh, fast, and friendly service in a fun, upbeat environment. From preparing sandwiches to taking orders and maintaining cleanliness, you’ll play an essential role in creating the Freaky Fast® Freaky Fresh experience customers love.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches quickly and accurately

• Greet every customer with a smile and eye contact

• Take customer orders in-store, over the phone, or at the register

• Assist with deliveries as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Prep ingredients and products throughout the day

• Adhere to food, safety, and security guidelines

• Handle cash transactions while following cash-handling policies

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly during shifts

• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift

• Able to work in walk-in refrigerator/freezer (40°F to -10°F)

• Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused

• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
