• Inspire and lead team members in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant

• Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability

• Ensure operational excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety

• Efficiently manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance

• Monitor and manage labor, food cost, and other controllables to hit restaurant targets

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Required Ingredients:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in high-volume quick service OR 4+ years of military leadership experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Track record of successfully training and motivating foodservice teams

• Proven experience in controlling operational costs

• Current Sanitation and B.A.S.S.E.T. training is a plus
