Qualification of Restaurant Operations Manager:

• The aim is to manage and deliver customer service leadership, training, and mentorship in partnership with the Restaurant Leader to ensure the proficiency of all restaurant team members.
• Ensuring that the restaurant meets company guidelines and adheres to Health Department regulations.
• The ability to maintain the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice items exemplifies strength in the industry.
• Aptitude in using profit and loss statements and store reports to implement modifications. Competence in interpreting diverse documents like operational instructions and maintenance manuals.
• Strong familiarity with computer systems, particularly Microsoft products like Word and Excel.
• Possession of a High School diploma or GED is recommended but not compulsory for applicants with one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Proficient in multitasking, including tasks that involve frequent bending, standing, and reaching, with the occasional requirement of lifting items up to 50 pounds.
