Restaurant Staff Roles

As part of our Jimmy John's Restaurant Team, you may work in:

• In-Shop: Making fresh sandwiches, taking orders, and providing customer service

• Delivery: Bringing sandwiches to customers freaky fast with world-class service

• Support Operations: Helping with prep, cleaning, stocking, and ensuring smooth store operations

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, energetic way

• Make fresh, fast, and flawless sandwiches following recipes and portion guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, prep areas, and dining space

• Accurately handle cash, operate the register, and process transactions

• Assist in daily store operations and work as part of a team

• Follow all food safety, security, and company policies

Requirements

• 16 years or older (must be 18+ for Delivery roles)

• Reliable transportation and a positive, dependable attitude

• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly and stand for long periods

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Friendly, motivated, and team-oriented
