Job Overview

As a Restroom Services Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring restrooms are clean, sanitary, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene. You will regularly inspect, service, and replenish restroom supplies while addressing maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role is key to creating a positive and comfortable environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect restroom fixtures, floors, and surfaces.

• Replenish restroom supplies including soap, paper products, and hygiene items.

• Inspect restrooms on a scheduled basis to maintain cleanliness and readiness.

• Monitor and report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or supply shortages.

• Safely handle and store cleaning products and equipment.

• Respond promptly to service calls or emergency cleaning requests.

• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, safety policies, and OSHA guidelines.

• Maintain service logs and report completed tasks to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior experience in sanitation, janitorial, or custodial services is an advantage.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical use.

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift, move, or carry supplies and equipment as required.
