Job Overview

As a Retail Business Manager, you are responsible for driving store-level business performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and supporting store teams to achieve sales, operational, and customer experience goals. You act as a key liaison between corporate leadership and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence across assigned stores or regions

• Support store leadership teams in executing company initiatives and maintaining brand standards

• Monitor key business metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store performance
