Position Summary:

As a Retail Front Desk Associate, you'll be the face of our brand welcoming guests, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in customers warmly and professionally

• Explain service options, memberships, and promotions

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues with a positive attitude

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems

• Support other team members as needed in a fast-paced environment

• Handle incoming phone calls and schedule services if applicable

• Monitor guest flow and ensure timely service delivery
