Qualification of Retail Inventory Support:

• Having availability that covers evenings and weekends demonstrates the required flexibility.
• Working hours are part-time and may change based on the operational needs of the business.
• Meeting the educational requirement includes having a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous exposure to the retail industry for three to six months is preferred.
• Mastery of basic math, reading, and verbal communication is vital.
• Participants must have reached the age of 16.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• In this position, there will be a regular requirement to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Key vision requirements for this job include the ability to see clearly nearby and far away, identify colors accurately, have strong peripheral vision, and be able to refocus vision when necessary.
