Responsibilities of Retail Operations Manager Trainee:

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment
• Track and itemize inventory
• Ensure that customers receive the highest quality of care
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash
• Clean and monitor the premises, and maintain a secure environment
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University

Qualifications of Retail Operations Manager Trainee:

• The candidate should have handled management roles in retail or a related service sector for 1-3 years, demonstrating accountability for both financial performance and customer contentment
• Computer expertise
• Mastery in organizing operations and proficient management skills in high-volume retail coupled with responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) oversight
• Possession of a legitimate driver's license and the capacity to uphold a positive driving history are required
• Attainment of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Available for work on weekends and public holidays
