Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Agent, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will support store operations by ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and presented according to company standards while providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to meet customer needs

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Restock merchandise and maintain the visual presentation of the store

• Assist with fitting room duties and support back-of-house operations

• Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales goals and customer satisfaction

• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Work Environment
