Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of H&M, providing a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. You will support daily store operations by maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to sales goals through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service on the sales floor

• Assist customers with product selection and style guidance

• Operate the register and handle transactions with accuracy

• Maintain store cleanliness and product organization

• Replenish merchandise and support visual merchandising efforts

• Handle fitting room operations and support backroom functions

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals

• Follow company policies and health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
