• Confirm that all administrative operations for both personnel and activities are conducted in a suitable manner

• Stay in the loop with the fashion domain by staying updated on trends, styles, trade names, goods, rivals, entrepreneurs, and relevant influencers

Team & Development

• Responsible for acquiring talent, introducing them to the organization, evaluating their performance, and fostering their growth within the store
• Carry out detailed performance reviews and succession schemes to address the business and team prerequisites promptly

• Collaboration with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team requires meticulous planning and harmonious teamwork to ensure a cohesive visual presentation
• Foster a culture of feedback exchange with your coworkers to facilitate learning, skill enhancement, and mutual support
• Accountable for the strategic coordination of the team's planning and scheduling
• Ongoing dialogues with store colleagues aimed at updating, encouraging, and sparking motivation, such as daily catch-ups or weekly gatherings
• Guarantee that all guidelines, customary practices, and legal mandates are upheld in all areas of the store
• Get involved in the available onboarding and introduction processes, training sessions, and courses that are suitable for your role and professional progress

• Keep the sales floor and backroom areas clean and well-kept, including managing stockroom spaces

• - Secure appropriate levels of inventory and provide guidance on allocation for the Area team
• Ensure that all aspects of the garment handling process align with our internal standards and protocols, from the arrival of items to their placement on the sales floor, as well as the implementation of fitting room practices according to our established guidelines, while utilizing available tools and technology effectively
• Follow the established guidelines and procedures for handling in-store OMNI services and technology tools, including the Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store services
• Establish a firm balance and monitor the visibility of price indications within the store and across the sales floor/store as per guidelines that correspond to global and local strategies & sales market/regional necessities to ensure a sturdy and consistent pricing perception throughout the store
• Keeping up with the organization and cleanliness of areas behind the scenes to support all colleagues through important information and safety measures
• Tasked with initiating and finalizing store operations every day
