Position Summary

As a Retail Stock Associate, you play a critical role in keeping the store organized, fully stocked, and ready for guests. You ensure merchandise is received, processed, and displayed according to company standards, supporting both sales performance and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays on the salesfloor and in the stockroom to maintain visual and operational standards.

• Assist with seasonal resets, merchandise moves, and Floorset updates.

• Collaborate with team members to replenish merchandise as needed and keep the store guest-ready.

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and asset protection standards.

• Support smooth store operations and contribute to overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as needed.

• Team-oriented and willing to assist across multiple areas of the store.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
