About the Role

Taking on the role of Retail Visual Lead, you are essential in delivering an inspiring, elevated, and uniform experience for customers through the implementation of visual standards and commercial excellence. Working with your store team, your trend awareness will be utilized to ensure the implementation of visual and commercial curation that complies with guidelines, consequently driving sales. Customer Sales & Profit centers on the monetary gains and profits originating from customer interactions

• Improve the complete OMNI customer experience in your store by following up on visual and commercial curation to ensure compliance with the specified guidelines
• It is important to present yourself and the H&M Brand in a positive light during customer interactions
• Collaboratively work with the Store Manager, Area Visual Manager, and Store teams to establish, carry out, and review store visual and commercial goals
• Direct your virtual machine team to structure, strategize, and order tasks following the store activation blueprint, and pivot as needed to meet business demands through collaboration with the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager
• Facilitate the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager in initiating and completing the most recent global campaigns and sale activities within the stipulated timeframe, aligning with H&M Brand Standards
• Help in ensuring proper garment care practices, tracking stock quantities, and giving suggestions for distributing inventory to Store Management and Area teams
• Engage in a sales report (KPIs) follow-up to track achievements, detect, and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities working closely with the Store Management team
• Their goal is to enhance customer contentment by devising strategies that can help the team achieve sales targets, store goals, budget, and necessary follow-up actions in partnership with the Store Management team
• Provide guidance and assistance to the Store Management team in maintaining operational procedures, legal mandates, communication standards, and best practices for OMNI services across all departments of the store

• Keep yourself current with the fashion world by staying abreast of trends, styles, brands, and influential personalities.
• Enable your VM team to advance their skills by allocating time for fashion and trend awareness, including studying trend theory and creating mood boards for styling techniques. This proactive approach can help anticipate customer needs and enhance the overall shopping experience

Team & Development

• Inspire, educate, and guide your store team on staying informed about seasonal changes, fashion trends, relevant visual and commercial updates, in-store communication strategies, and pricing perception for customers
• Guide and empower the VM and Store teams in developing their visual and commercial proficiencies to uphold a superior standard of product showcasing and commercial presentation following specified guidelines
• Support & develop daily routines and best practices for your Store team to always ensure a consistent level of visual & commercial standard while maintaining customer service engagement
• Tasked with managing the recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, skills enhancement, and advancement strategies for talents and new staff members together with the Store Manager and Area Team
• Offer continuous learning and development opportunities to employees within your store to enhance their skills and capabilities for future roles
• Arrange, deliver, and lead visual and professional improvement initiatives for you and your colleagues
• Checks that the completion of Visual Competences & Commercial 4 All trainings by Store teams adheres to the learning and development goals established for Regional & Sales Market requirements
• Work alongside Sales and Area departments to fulfill the staffing needs essential for the growth of store projects

Execution of visual and commercial ideas

• Responsibilities encompass the strategic planning of visual arrangements, merchandising setups, and styling executions throughout the store to sync with the commercial calendar, inventory distribution plan, store activations, and trend projections according to visual and commercial guidelines
• Instruct and follow up with your visual merchandising team to execute proper procedures for sample selection, which involves managing precise quantities of clothing items, accessories, and footwear in the stockroom to ensure that trend narratives are in harmony with the inspiration provided by visual and commercial guidelines
• Guide your VM team to secure the execution of windows and styling as per visual and commercial standards to establish an engaging and successful customer experience
• Keep a steady customer flow by strategically arranging the commercial layout and fixtures to showcase trending products effectively and engage customers with a captivating narrative
• It is crucial for the VM and Store teams to ensure a well-rounded and sustained upkeep of price signs in windows and across the store while following the guidelines established by the Global strategy and Sales Market requirements
• Partner with Facilities Management to confirm that all lighting is functioning correctly, aimed at showcasing our products and window displays within the store
• Protect and sustainably manage display forms and interior materials to ensure longevity
• Collaborate with the Area Visual Manager to maintain your store navigation in accordance with the latest guidelines and store design
• Double-check that your store has a satisfactory quantity of items for sales, promotions, and related tasks following local protocols
• Abide by the security guidelines of the region by upholding cleanliness, organization, and safety in both the front and back areas of the store
