RN Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents during overnight hours

• Monitor and assess patient health conditions and promptly address any concerns

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Document care accurately and efficiently by clinical protocols

• Supervise and provide guidance to licensed and non-licensed staff

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations

RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Diploma; BSN preferred)

• Valid RN license

• Current BCLS certification

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience in long-term care, subacute care, or rehabilitation nursing is a plus
