Job Overview

As a Route Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and success of daily delivery routes. This position combines operational coordination, customer service, and logistics support to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition. You will assist with route preparation, monitor delivery progress, and work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve issues and enhance the overall delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing daily delivery routes for accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare, load, and verify orders for delivery.

• Support drivers during routes, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address delays or issues.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve delivery concerns, and provide status updates.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and discrepancies.

• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in logistics, delivery operations, or customer service a plus.

• Ability to lift, move, and load packages as needed.
