Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which you will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas by building rapport with customer decision-makers

• Deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns

• Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling products/services

• Negotiate service agreement renewals and maintain accurate inventory control

• Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations

• Perform all job functions professionally and safely

Qualifications – DOT Requirements

Candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:

• Hold a valid driver's license

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Obtain a DOT medical certification

• Provide previous employment documentation

• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service

• Strong customer service orientation

• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team-driven environment

• Positive attitude, organization skills, and a strong service mindset
