Position Summary

As a Sales Advisor, you are a trusted style and product expert who helps guests find exactly what they need while creating an outstanding in-store experience. You focus on building meaningful guest connections, driving sales, and promoting brand loyalty. With a balance of product knowledge, selling skills, and service excellence, you bring our brand to life with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized guest experience by engaging with every customer using the AEO Selling Model.

• Act as a trusted style and product resource, offering expert advice and tailored recommendations.

• Drive sales and support store goals through confident product presentations and upselling.

• Build long-term guest relationships by promoting the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.

• Stay current on product details, trends, and upcoming Floorsets to provide informed service.

• Assist across all zones (Salesfloor, Fitting Room, Cash & Wrap, Stockroom) as needed.

• Support visual standards, merchandising updates, and operational processes to maintain a guest-ready store.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service, styling, and product knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.

• Goal-driven, with the ability to influence sales results.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
