Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, helping customers find what they need while providing exceptional service. Whether you're restocking shelves, assisting with product questions, or completing sales transactions, your goal is to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance in a professional, approachable manner

• Understand and promote product features and benefits

• Handle sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory

• Stay informed about current promotions, loyalty programs, and new products

• Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints with patience and clarity

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic math and computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
