Position: Sales Consultant

Employment Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Reports to: Store/Department Manager

Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant at H&M, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage directly with shoppers, help them explore products and trends, and support daily store operations. This role blends customer service, fashion knowledge, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable service to all customers.

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through product selections.

• Promote customer loyalty programs and share information on sustainability initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Support fitting room, cashier, and garment replenishment operations.

• Stay informed on current trends, product offerings, and visual merchandising standards.

• Participate in training and continuous learning to enhance service and sales skills.
