Position: Sales Coordinator

Employment Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Reports to: Store/Department Manager

Position Summary

As a Sales Coordinator, you serve as a vital link between the sales floor, store operations, and customer experience. You play a key role in supporting daily retail activities, coordinating visual merchandising efforts, and ensuring smooth team execution to meet store goals. You are organized, fashion-savvy, and customer-focused—ready to assist both customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Customer Experience

• Deliver high-quality service by assisting and guiding customers through the store.

• Coordinate with store team to ensure consistent brand presentation and optimal product availability.

• Actively support sales campaigns, promotional events, and loyalty program initiatives.

• Maintain expert-level product knowledge to support team members and inform customers.

Operational Coordination

• Oversee merchandise replenishment, garment care, and inventory routines to maintain visual standards.

• Support the fitting room and cashier areas to ensure fast and friendly service.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and store guidelines.

• Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to management.

Team Collaboration & Development

• Share best practices and knowledge with new and existing team members.

• Provide informal leadership and support during peak hours or in the absence of a supervisor.

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance performance.
