About the Role

As a Sales Floor Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our store team, ensuring the sales floor looks inviting and organized while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll support daily store operations, help maintain stock levels, and work closely with your colleagues to create a vibrant and welcoming shopping environment.

A Day in the Life

Customer Experience & Sales Support

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.

• Share your knowledge of fashion trends and product details to guide customer choices.

• Support the sales team by actively engaging with customers and contributing to sales goals.

• Promote store loyalty programs and current campaigns.

Sales Floor Maintenance & Operations

• Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and well-organized.

• Replenish merchandise and assist with garment care such as steaming and folding.

• Ensure displays and product presentations follow brand guidelines.

• Support fitting rooms and checkout areas as needed.

Teamwork & Development

• Collaborate closely with your store team to create a positive and efficient work environment.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance your fashion knowledge and customer service skills.

• Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Passionate about fashion and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods during shifts.

• Able to lift and carry merchandise (up to 20 pounds).

• Flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Basic computer skills helpful for operational tasks.

Compensation

Hourly rate: Competitive and based on experience.
