  • Adhere to the established routines when dealing with fitting rooms and completing transactions, including handling returns and exchanging items

Understanding fashion and trends entails knowing the current preferences and fashionable choices

  • Remain up-to-the-minute with the fashion landscape by monitoring trends, inclinations, styles, designers, items, competition, and significant social media figures
  • It is important that your team offers product and fashion intelligence in addition to other relevant information when engaging with customers

Team & Development

  • Tasked with recruiting, initiating, managing performance, and improving the competencies of your team on-site
  • Implement effective evaluation measures and succession planning initiatives to cater to the needs of the business and ensure team sustainability
  • Hold onto and communicate your wisdom and capabilities to your team
  • Building a strong partnership and effective communication with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team is crucial for seamless collaboration and successful planning
  • Communicate with colleagues to offer and accept feedback, creating a supportive environment for professional advancement
  • Responsible for mapping out the team's agenda and assigning timeframes
  • Continuous communication with store staff to provide information, drive enthusiasm, and ignite inspiration using regular meetings and daily interactions
  • Maintain consistency in following all procedures, routines, and legal stipulations in every department of the store
  • Participate in the onboarding and introduction processes, as well as relevant training programs and courses that are beneficial for both your current role and future development

Effective retail operations require overseeing inventory management, staffing, and customer service, while successful visual and commercial execution involves designing eye-catching store layouts and window displays to attract customers

  • Ensure a tidy and orderly environment in both customer-facing and storage areas
  • Uphold superior fashion quality, visually captivating product showcases, and successful commercial presentation by prioritizing garment upkeep

  • Adhere to our internal standards and procedures to maintain a seamless garment cycle from the receipt of merchandise to its presentation in-store, and carry out fitting room protocols in line with our established routines, utilizing the tools and technology provided
  • Stay updated on the best practices for managing in-store OMNI services, in-store tech tools, and other resources like the Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store options
  • Maintain a secure balance and oversee the presentation of pricing labels within the retail outlet and throughout the sales premises, following directives based on global and local strategies as well as sales market/regional prerequisites to ensure a resilient and coherent pricing impression throughout the store
  • Managing and preserving the back-of-house zones for all employees, emphasizing essential data, wellness, and organizational standards
  • Responsible for the opening and shutting down procedures of the store on a daily basis
