As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you’ll provide outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You’ll help guide customers through the process of bringing their sign and graphic ideas to life, from consultation to order completion. In this role, every day is different—whether you’re assisting with small custom jobs or supporting large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Prepare estimates, process work orders, and track project timelines

• Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business/marketing efforts

• Uphold FASTSIGNS’ commitment to customer satisfaction and quality

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales, or office support experience preferred

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computers and office software

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
