Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving membership sales and helping potential members understand the benefits of joining Crunch Fitness. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming first impression, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through in-person tours, outbound calls, and community outreach

• Build relationships with prospective members and provide solutions based on their fitness needs

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion goals

• Maintain accurate records using the club’s CRM system

• Represent the Crunch brand in a positive and professional manner

• Follow up with prospective members and leads generated through marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with the General Manager and team to execute sales promotions and referral programs

• Conduct club tours showcasing Crunch’s equipment, classes, and amenities

• Assist in daily front desk operations as needed (answering phones, checking members in)

• Support retention efforts by providing excellent member service and engagement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic and ability to meet or exceed performance goals

• Outgoing personality with a passion for health and fitness

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or point-of-sale systems
