Sales Representative - Uniform

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business (B2B) account development in our Uniform Division. You will play a key role in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, and achieving sales quotas. Sales Representatives also transport product samples for customer presentations.

Cintas provides a comprehensive sales training program, including product knowledge, mentorship, sales process, and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and meet assigned sales targets.

• Prospect and qualify leads to drive new opportunities through cold calling and lead generation campaigns.

• Leverage business intelligence to support sales calls, product presentations, and negotiations.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience OR successful completion of a Cintas sales training program

• Valid driver's license

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred)

Preferred:

• Proven B2B sales experience (new business development)

• Strong "hunter" mentality – goal-driven and self-motivated

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet/intranet, and CRM tools
