About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you play a critical role in driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting daily store operations. You will use your fashion expertise, communication skills, and product knowledge to build lasting connections with customers and help them find styles they love. This role requires a proactive mindset, a strong sales focus, and a genuine passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience and Sales Focus

• Greet every customer with a warm and engaging attitude

• Offer style advice and product recommendations tailored to customer needs

• Promote brand loyalty by informing customers about membership and rewards programs

• Actively contribute to meeting or exceeding daily sales targets

• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

Product Expertise and Merchandising

• Stay informed about current fashion trends, collections, and product features

• Maintain visually appealing displays that reflect brand standards

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure sizing and placement accuracy

• Assist in tagging, folding, and organizing new inventory during deliveries

Team Collaboration and Store Operations

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

• Support opening and closing procedures as needed

• Follow health and safety standards to provide a safe shopping environment

• Report customer feedback and inventory concerns to management

Qualifications
