Position Summary

As a Sales Specialist, you are an expert at delivering personalized service and driving business results. You combine deep product knowledge with strong selling skills to create an exceptional guest experience and consistently achieve sales goals. You are passionate about building guest relationships, promoting brand loyalty, and ensuring every interaction reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to create a personalized and friendly shopping experience.

• Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and confident recommendations tailored to guest needs.

• Drive sales performance by achieving individual goals and supporting overall store targets.

• Act as a go-to product and sales resource for team members, sharing best practices to maximize results.

• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to strengthen guest engagement.

• Support visual and operational standards including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a guest-ready store.

• Flex across store zones (Salesfloor, Fitting Room, Cash & Wrap, Stockroom) as business needs arise.

• Maintain integrity by following all company policies, procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for sales, styling, and customer experience.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail or sales experience strongly preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
