As a Sales Team Leader, you inspire and guide the sales team to achieve outstanding guest experiences and sales results. You lead by example, coaching, motivating, and developing associates while maintaining operational excellence and upholding brand standards. Your leadership ensures that every guest interaction reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.

• Coach and develop associates through real-time feedback, training, and recognition.

• Ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional guest experience using the AEO Selling Model.

• Assist in daily store operations, including merchandising, visual standards, and salesfloor support.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve sales and service metrics.

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement business strategies and operational initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance and guest satisfaction.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
