Role Overview

As a Salesperson at H&M, you will be the face of our store and the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires a high level of energy, excellent people skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for fashion. You will assist shoppers, manage stock, and help create an inviting environment that encourages purchases and loyalty.

What You Will Do

Customer Service

• Offer personalized attention and style guidance to each customer

• Create a welcoming environment that makes customers feel valued

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Share information about current promotions, collections, and the H&M membership program

Sales and Store Goals

• Actively participate in achieving daily and weekly sales targets

• Recommend items to increase basket size and enhance the shopping experience

• Contribute to team goals by collaborating with coworkers and supporting overall store performance

Product and Store Presentation

• Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Assist with merchandising updates and new product launches

• Restock sold items and maintain appropriate product levels on the floor

Operations and Efficiency

• Help process shipments and deliveries in a timely manner

• Operate the register and handle all transactions accurately

• Support store safety and security by following company procedures

What You Bring

• A positive, outgoing personality and a passion for fashion

• Confidence in approaching customers and starting conversations

• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

• Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
