Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders in-store and over the phone

• Make sandwiches quickly and accurately following Jimmy John’s standards

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Stock, prep, and rotate food items to ensure freshness

• Support team members to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

• No prior experience needed – training is provided
