Scope of Work for Sandwich Delivery Driver:

Jimmy John's Sandwich Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of our "Freaky Fast" delivery service. The goal is simple - get our delicious sandwiches into customers' hands as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery Drivers learn the most efficient routes, double-check orders for accuracy, and hustle with a smile while always obeying traffic laws and safety guidelines. Delivery driving with Jimmy John's means cash in your pocket every day, thanks to tips and Driver Maintenance Reimbursement (DMR).

When off the road, drivers support in-house operations and receive compensation for their work. This involves activities like sandwich preparation, maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

With a legacy exceeding 15 years, we are a prominent franchisee of Jimmy John's, managing 12 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our staff includes enthusiastic individuals who initially joined as part-time drivers and have since transitioned into full-time roles and leadership positions. Responsibilities carried out by a delivery driver on a part-time schedule:

• Take phone orders and politely fill out delivery tickets in a timely and organized manner
• Deliver sandwiches quickly and safely using a personal vehicle
• Take in payments and check cash totals with management as the shift nears its end
• Assist in-store functions by assembling sandwiches and keeping the area clean
• Provide a friendly welcome to customers, handle transactions at the register, and offer insight into the menu
• Maintain a high level of precision in order preparation and execution
• Project a positive and proficient image by abiding by the stipulated dress code guidelines
• Keep restrooms, floors, and workstations clean and well-maintained in the restaurant

Sandwich Delivery Driver Eligibility:

• Not younger than 18 years old
• Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is obligatory
• A history of clean driving and a minimum of two years on the road
• Ensuring access to a reliable vehicle is crucial
• Competence in succeeding amidst the fast pace and teamwork emphasis
• Adept at meeting customer requirements with professionalism
• The determination to follow Jimmy John's guidelines diligently and complete the sandwich training assessments proficiently

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $7.25 - $8.25/hr
• Budding approximately $18 to $25 per hour, the earnings encompass hourly rates, tips, and DMR
