About the Role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play an essential part in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find their personal style during our peak seasons. This is a temporary role ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail environments and are passionate about fashion and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections

• Deliver helpful and attentive service to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Provide information about current promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty programs

Sales Support

• Help the store reach sales targets by actively recommending products

• Support daily sales floor operations, including restocking and organizing merchandise

• Participate in promotional events and seasonal launches

Store Maintenance

• Maintain visual and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and fitting rooms

• Help with shipment processing, stock organization, and store recovery

• Follow company procedures related to safety and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and providing excellent customer service

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude

• Ability to thrive in a busy retail environment

• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
