Position Summary

As a Seasonal Stock Associate, you support the store during peak periods by ensuring merchandise is efficiently received, organized, and replenished. You play a vital role in maintaining a guest-ready environment, supporting sales, and helping the store operate smoothly during high-volume seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays on the salesfloor and in the stockroom according to company standards.

• Assist with seasonal resets, merchandise moves, and Floorset updates.

• Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise and maintaining stockroom organization.

• Maintain visual and operational standards to ensure the store is guest-ready.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and asset protection standards.

• Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as required.

• Team-oriented and willing to assist across multiple areas of the store.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
