Senior Production Coordinator

Job Overview

The Senior Production Coordinator supports the end-to-end product development and production process, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost objectives are met. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to manage calendars, approvals, and production milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production timeline, tracking all milestones from development through final delivery.

• Partner with design, merchandising, and technical teams to ensure product accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

• Coordinate with vendors and factories on purchase orders, approvals, samples, and production status.

• Monitor and address production issues, including delays, quality concerns, and capacity constraints.

• Maintain up-to-date records of product details, cost sheets, approvals, and shipment tracking.

• Assist in negotiating timelines and resolving issues to achieve on-time delivery.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to production coordinators or assistants as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of production or product operations experience, ideally in apparel or consumer goods.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication skills and vendor management experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM, or other production management tools.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
