Job Overview

As a Sr Brand Ambassador, you set the tone for the guest experience by leading with energy, style, and a deep knowledge of the AEO brand. You are a role model on the sales floor, helping to drive sales, ensure brand standards, and support the development of newer associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects AEO values.

• Act as a role model for brand knowledge, styling, and selling behaviors.

• Drive sales through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized service.

• Support leadership in training, mentoring, and coaching sales associates.

• Ensure the sales floor is consistently guest-ready, maintaining merchandising and visual standards.

• Assist with operational tasks, including inventory, replenishment, and store safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales associate experience required; leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and building guest relationships.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
