Pay Range

• $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience

Job Summary

• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, running food, and maintaining cleanliness

• Assist with takeout and catering orders, including delivery when needed

• Provide exceptional and personalized service to all guests

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their takeout and catering experience

• Understand the menu to assist guests with item selection and questions

• Review and confirm order accuracy with guests and delivery drivers

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and anticipate guest needs

• Clear and sanitize tables and reset for the next guest

• Transport dishes and bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area

• Restock and maintain cleanliness of all service areas

• Understand restaurant layout and deliver food efficiently

• Serve food and beverages as needed

Requirements

• No previous experience required; training will be provided

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette

• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems

• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures

• Hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card if required

• Effective communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
