Job Summary of Service Crew Member:

In the capacity of a Service Crew Member, the primary responsibility involves providing timely, effective, secure, and respectful food service to customers, making this position an entry-level introduction to the field. While experience in roles like cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is valuable, it is not compulsory. Qualification of Service Crew Member:

• The goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations each time.
• Pledging to maintain a sanitary and protected space to always have the restaurant prepared for customers.
• Capability to maintain the freshness, presentation, and readiness of foodservice items.
• Demonstrating skills in observing correct health code guidelines is necessary.
• Demonstrating excellence in cash-handling procedures combined with suggestive selling tactics
• Expressing a wish to be a brand ambassador and effectively communicate the advantages of our loyalty rewards initiative
• The skill to multitask effectively, engage in repetitive bending, standing, reaching activities, and periodically lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
