Qualification of Service Manager Trainee:

• Skill in managing and delivering customer service leadership, training, and support to all team members in the restaurant.
• The aim is to boost retention levels by prioritizing the identification of skilled candidates, nurturing leadership capabilities, empowering workforce, and promoting staff productivity
• Supervising the restaurant environment to ensure adherence to company policies and health regulations.
• Proficiency in managing and putting into action merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in utilizing P&L data and store analyses to create an impact.
• Strong interpersonal communication and self-reflective aptitude.
• Strong proficiency in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft software like Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferable, but not obligatory for individuals with at least one year of experience in restaurant management.
• Proficiency in managing various tasks simultaneously, engaging in repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and sporadically lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
