As a Shift Leader at Jimmy John's, you'll help lead the team and support management in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You'll set the example with a positive attitude, provide great customer service, and ensure operations meet Jimmy John's standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by ensuring Team Members complete all tasks and duties

• Provide fast, fresh, and friendly service to every customer

• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating Team Members

• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are followed

• Support store operations, including cash handling and register use

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with both Team Members and management

• Help resolve issues quickly and ensure excellent customer experiences

• Lead by example — demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Prior restaurant or retail experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong work ethic

• Must be 18 years or older
