What You'll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you'll assist in running the restaurant smoothly by:

• Directing and supporting hourly crew in food preparation and guest service

• Overseeing equipment maintenance, inventory, and cost control

• Ensuring food quality, sanitation, and safety standards are met

• Acting as a role model and leader on every shift

• Delivering memorable guest experiences through high energy and positivity
