As the Shift Manager, you will lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant.

What You Will Bring to the Role

People

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco’s leadership behaviors and values

• Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain, and develop our people

• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world-class operation

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation

• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members

• Support production as needed

• Support local store marketing and promotions

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness, and sanitation

• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe

• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise

• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts

• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures
