Solar Assembly Laborer

Job Description:

Our enthusiastic team is Solar Assembly Laborer to join us in the construction of a 175MW solar array that covers 1798 acres and accommodates 235,000 panels. The role includes affixing solar panels, constructing racking systems, securing bolts and fixtures, managing wires, mounting inverters, excavating trenches, shaping conduits, setting up proper material handling, and executing other general labor responsibilities. The ongoing project will require your commitment, working 40 hours a week, for more than a year.

Job Type:

This job opening is for a temporary role, which will last for precisely 12 months. During intense periods of snowfall, work will pause, to be resumed in the spring season.

located a region with undulating landscape, the task is postponed when the snowfall is intense and recommenced with the onset of spring.
