Solar Field Technician

Job Description:

Be part of our vibrant team as we embark on the exciting journey of creating a solar array generating 175MW of power while spanning 1798 acres with 235,000 solar panels. Your role will involve installing solar panels, assembling rack systems, fastening bolts and fixtures, managing wires, setting up inverters, digging trenches, curving conduits, organizing materials, and performing other general labor duties. The project is extensive and will last more than a year, therefore you are required to provide a 40-hour work commitment each week.

Job Type:

The opening offered is a temporary employment role, where the duration of the contract is set for one year. Heavy snowfall in the winter season will cause a pause in the working period to resume in spring.

Work Environment:

The undertaking is located a region with a rough terrain, where work is paused in the aftermath of heavy snowfall and resumed in spring.
